Unshelved?

Updated: Apr 6, 2020

Are you are feeling a bit out of place just like these books? Right now they are "unshelved." They are not in their right place. They are waiting to be put back in their spot on the shelf.

Feeling a bit out of place too? Remember, you are not alone. Let's get through this together.

Stop in here from time to time just like you would in person at the library. I will be posting some library games, great book sites, and other fun stuff to help pass the time.

And, the best news is . . . you won't have to hear me shush you!

Here is a great FREE site for both children and adults to listen to your favourite books.

You can check out this website https://stories.audible.com and browse through the list of books to listen to.

I am listening to a historical fiction book titled "The Birchbark House" by Louise Erdrich.

The story follows the life of Omakayas and her Ojibwe community and follows them through a cycle of four seasons beginning in 1847 near present-day Lake Superior.

I always like to see the books you are choosing in the library and I am sure that there are many books that you will discover on this website to listen to.

I will be excited to hear about the books that you have been listening to when we are all back together again.
